Football predictions Dismissal and appointment to Cleveland, Adam Gays signed with the Jets

Two more teams filled their vacant coaching position. Within minutes, Cleveland first fired interim mentor Greg Williams, and then appointed assault offensive coordinator Freddie Michaels on a permanent contract as his alternate. In the late hours of the day, however, New Jets signed off on December 31 from Miami`s Adam Gays.
Cleveland`s decision seems controversial, but a careful look at the results via football predictions archives explains what happened. Williams replaced Hugh Jackson as the Browns coach on October 29th, and under his leadership, the team won five of the eight games played. Nononi was not one of the winners against a rival with a positive balance. While the losses against the Kansas City and Houston playoffs were 16 points each, and only the AFC North Baltimore AFC champions were acceptable (24:26).
At the same time, with Keeches as the No. 1 pick in the draft, Baker Mayfield handed out 2, 254 yards with 19 touchdowns in 8 interceptions. And in the spirit of the wave of neglecting the defense at the expense of the assault, the appointment becomes completely understandable.
Quichance spent 11 seasons in Arizona as the head coach of the Titans (2007-2012), quarterbacks (2013 -; 2016) and runbacks (2017) before coming to Cleveland last summer as a pom. coach. He is a graduate of Glenville State University, having worked in the collegiate Louisiana State, North Texas and Mississippi State, and has a season in Dallas (2006).
The Jets have named Adam Gays the successor to Todd Bowles, giving another chance to the Miami prodigy to the attack. His star went dark after 40 losses in 64 games leading the Dolphins and a single playoff appearance. Gays will now have two chances for a rematch against his previous employers in his first jet season.
He won the battle for the (unconfirmed) competition of Jim Harbaugh and self-nominated Mike McCarthy. With his appointment, Miami and Cincinnati remain the only non-coach teams to date.
